Job Description

  • Mainly discovery of customers / prospects from database as per requirement of the project
  • Making customer calls (cold calls, intermediate calls, follow up calls etc.)
  • Collection of data – Basic data about the company, key contacts etc.
  • Sometimes conducting an assessment of company’s needs and gap areas (e.g. cyber security products, business applications, hardware requirements etc.)
  • Advocating client’s products Mostly it is IT Product and solutions
  • Influencing & pursuing the customer
  • Building a list of prospect and creating business opportunity for the client
  • Finally aligning the customer with the client
Sometimes inviting customers to participate in the events sponsored by the client
